This is why in Chef stories we are delighted to discover and uncover, elaborate and collaborate and above all take every opportunity to introduce to every guest of Thessaloniki through Gastronomic experiences to all these treasures.

Chef Stories was established in 2007 as a boutique catering services company. On its path towards, the production of handmade gourmet products, (chutneys, jams and fresh lemonade) for wholesale and retail followed.  In 2011 participating in the team organizing Thessaloniki Food Festival by the Municipality of Thessaloniki was the kick for starting the gastronomy events coordination. In the recent years with the experience and knowledge acquired from events organization and from production, together with scientific excellence, taking always into account place, time, season, area, target group, we create differentiated products and services with added value, which will gain credentials either in the local or in international and more demanding groups.

Special Events in Exhibitions, Fairs and Festivals

Thematic Events for an evening / half or full day experience, such as :

  • introduction to Greek innovative products of small producers and organizing a special dinner with the producers present
  • getting to know (by live tasting) the famous “Greek breakfast”
  • tastings of products of specific sectors : Olive oil, coffee, spirits, wine tasting
  • pairing evenings : Cheese & Wine / Beer & Cold cuts / Spirits & Cured meat, fish & vegetable products / Herbs & Honey / Greek traditional plates with Greek spirits

Gastronomic Excursions, tailor made to every groups’ needs, including market visits, tastings, cooking lessons, presentation of the gastronomic history of the town/s, authentic meal/s:

  • Gastronomy city tours
  • Gastronomy excursions around Thessaloniki, visits to local producers, meal in the Greek countryside
  • Gastronomy stops / introduction accompanying tours to other tours already programmed in Central Macedonia (historical, archeological, and other)

  • 2011 - 2019 Thessaloniki Food Festival
    • 2011-2014 Kid’s Events (Gastronomy event with 18 cooking – playing seminars / Cooking lessons at Thessaloniki ‘s schools with professional chefs and pastry chefs from Hotels and Restaurants)
    • 2017 & 2018 & 2019 Thessaloniki Chef Ambassodors project : Collaborating with three talented young chefs, presenting Thessaloniki’s gastronomic scene, in various events.
    • 2017 & 2018 Special dinner evening in Athens, held for the press in an upcoming restaurant.
  • 2014 Gastronomy Festival at Marbella Corfu, collaborating with Trip2taste company (www.trip2taste.com) organizing the event
    • Cooking lessons in the garden / Greek coffee tastings / Olive oil tasting dinner /  Bottagra seminar and cooking / Wine pairing evening
  • 2015 Wine & Food pairing experience event in Kyr-Yiannis estate collaborating with Trip2taste company (www.trip2taste.com) organizing the event

    • In all exhibitions we undertook the planning, organizing, presenting finger food sessions (live cooking in a pop restaurant) during the fair, for professional visitors. (8-12 Food Bar sessions for 300 -600 people with products from 15 - 100 exhibitors / 13-16 Cheese & Wine pairing sessions, 450 people participating, introduced to wines from 40-80 producers / 10 informative workshops, introductory to the world of Beer, Olive oil, Coffee, Herbs)
    • Coordinating talks and presentations from executives and specialized in the field professionals (speeches and panels).
