Ticking Clock is a Cultural and Creative indie startup specializing in events gamification: the use of game mechanics to boost audience engagement in tourist experiences, corporate events and teambuilding activities. Our interdisciplinary team of experienced cultural managers, tourist guides, cultural heritage experts, psychologists, game developers, animators and event planners develops made-to-measure as well as standardized and scalable packages of events. Our thematic tourist experience packages comprise of guided tours, heritage visits, mystery dinners, treasure hunts and strategic games, and promote visitors’ acquaintance with the tourist destination’s history and special character through recreation. We plan and organize teambuilding events and corporate away-days and retreats which combine team coaching with staff recreation. Our innovative “speed teambuilding” method merges workshop gamification in a three-session coaching context, in order to maximize the potential benefits of teambuilding games. While many of our events and activities are designed to take place in tourist attractions or outdoors, we also focus on events planning at our own premises, right at the northwest edge of the city’s center. Our events venue can transform, thanks to its versatile equipment, from a seminars’ classroom to a workshop area, and to a mystery dinners’ venue.
